Students who postpone graduation are requested to follow the instructions at the link https://www.unipd.it/laurearsi and promptly notify the waiver to email: provafinale.medicinachirurgia@unipd.it, putting in cc: conseguimentotitolo.studenti@unipd.it

 

It is also possible to request after the graduation application and within 15 days from the beginning of the session, the optional inclusion of a co-supervisor (Correlatore). In case he/she is not present in the Unipd faculty database, it is required to send an email to conseguimentotitolo.studenti@unipd.it from the Co-supervisor with in Cc the supervisor or vice versa, indicating the co-supervisor's first name, last name, place and date of birth and Codice Fiscale number, indicating which undergraduates he/she will be co-supervisor of.

  GRADUATION DIARY

Graduation Diary - graduation session April 2025 (updated 26/03/2025).

 

N.B. Please check the website periodically for updates.

 

Important information for the graduation day:

a maximum of 30 guests are allowed to be present per graduate student in the Aula di Medicina of the Palazzo Bo.

Co-supervisors, whose presence is optional, are not included among the 30 guests. Photographers are allowed access in accordance with the guidelines at https://www.unipd.it/laurearsi

Undergraduates and guests should report at the time indicated in the graduation diary, avoiding gatherings.


For undergraduates only, to facilitate the conduct of the discussion, it is recommended to hand in the PPT presentation of the thesis on a USB flash drive, 30 minutes before the start of the session (e.g. at 8:30 a.m. for the 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. session).

  THESIS

The student, after agreeing with the Supervisor on the latest version of the thesis, produces the thesis through a PDF/A file of the maximum size of 25 MB as per the instructions and uploads it to Uniweb following the guidelines Upload final document for final proof updated to 21/12/2021.

The Supervisor, having verified that the PDF/A matches the last agreed upon version, approves the thesis following the instructions reserved for faculty members at least 5 days before the graduation day (e.g., graduation day on July 5, approval of the thesis on Uniweb must be done by 11:59 p.m. on June 29). The thesis, after approval on Uniweb, will be available for consultation to the Graduation Board.
Please note that, as per the Graduate Examination Regulations, at least 10 days before the graduation day, the approved thesis must be emailed to the Examiner.

  DELIVERY OF GRADUATION DIPLOMAS

The graduation diploma will be delivered at the same time as the proclamation by the Chairman of the Commission.
